Words cannot express my disappointment in the changes to this restaurant. Towards the end of 2018 there was a change in ownership and everything has gone down hill. This restaurant went from being my go to spot with the best dumplings in Ithaca to a business I refuse to support. Not changing the name is dishonest and disrespectful to the previous owners. The new owners clearly have no respect for their customers and do not care about good food. Avoid at all costs. I'm deeply saddened that such a great restaurant has been effectively destroyed. To provide a specific example of just one of the many horrible changes (of which the dumplings are the worst)- the old restaurant used to make an amazing, authentically prepared Peking Duck which was divine. I ordered the same dish from the new owners and was given an overly salted, possibly microwaved piece of frozen duck breast which had none of the fat, crispy skin, tenderness, or flavor profile of a peking duck. The accompanying scallions and cucumbers were likewise old and slimy, although that could have been a singular occurrence. No self-respecting restaurant owner would have allowed that dish to be served or even considered calling it a "Peking Duck."

Make sure to check your bill. Been here before and disliked the pho, but the lunch buffet and Chinese food is pretty decent. Service is always pretty bad, but I assume that is because the only wait staff is a kid who is always on her phone. Went for the lunch buffet on Monday and was charged $9. Went to the same buffet on Wednesday, they charged the person in front of me $9 but then charged me $10. I looked at the ticket and it said buffet, no drink. I asked about it and they couldn't provide and explanation for the change in price and conspicuously avoided eye contact. I just paid it and left, a dollar isn't work squabbling about. That said: shady.

Quick service, had a good menu with plenty of options. Hardly any wait for the food to come out. The pho was very reasonably priced and had a nice flavor. The peanut sauce they offer was a little strong. Overall a good experience.

Food was good, service inconsistent. Make sure you get bean sprouts with Seafood Pho. Crab Rangoon was good. The sauce they serve with vegetable spring rolls was the best though. Don't get crispy noodles.
